This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Zuko Labs. By purchasing or subscribing to any Zuko Labs service, you agree to the terms set out below.
This policy applies to all services offered by Zuko Labs, including AI automation systems, custom workflow builds, and Micro-SaaS subscriptions. Zuko Labs does not sell physical products — all payments are for services rendered.
For monthly recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time by emailing us at the address below. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the subscribed service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
Custom workflow and automation builds are delivered in milestones, as agreed with the client at the start of the engagement. Refunds for custom builds are limited to milestones that have not been delivered, and only when supported by written proof (such as the agreed scope, milestone schedule, or project communication) showing that the milestone was not completed.
Payments for milestones that have already been delivered, reviewed, or accepted by the client are not refundable.
All payments are processed through Razorpay. If a dispute or chargeback is raised through Razorpay, Zuko Labs will cooperate fully with Razorpay's dispute resolution process and provide any relevant records, communication, or proof of service delivery as required.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at gtashokkumar2004@gmail.com or reach us via WhatsApp through our Contact Us page with your order ID and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
