Clients retain full ownership of their data. Zuko Labs does not store or control client data. Systems are deployed on client-controlled platforms such as Google Sheets, APIs, or databases.
Zuko Labs does not access real-time data unless required for implementation or support and only with client consent.
Zuko Labs is not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or system failures arising from client infrastructure, third-party services, or misuse of the system.
Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google, or APIs. Zuko Labs is not responsible for outages or changes in those services.
Services may be terminated by either party with prior notice as agreed in the engagement.
