All photographs, voice recordings, and personal details you share are used exclusively for producing your specific order. We do not:

• Use your materials to train AI models without explicit written consent
• Share your materials with third parties except our trusted production partners under strict confidentiality
• Use your materials for promotional purposes without your written consent
• Retain your materials beyond the period specified in our deletion policy

Production partners who assist in creating your video are bound by confidentiality agreements and process your data only for your order.

For any video featuring a living individual (other than the person placing the order), we require verified consent from all subjects depicted. This is a strict policy that cannot be waived. By placing such an order, you confirm that:

• You have obtained the informed consent of all living persons depicted
• The video will not be used for deceptive, harmful, or non-consensual purposes
• You accept full responsibility for any misuse of the delivered content

We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards. We receive only a confirmation of payment completion.

Your materials (photos, voice recordings, source files) are retained for up to 30 days after delivery to allow for revisions. After this period, all source materials are permanently deleted from our systems.

You may request immediate deletion of your materials at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. We will complete the deletion within 48 hours and confirm when done.

Basic order records (name, contact, occasion type) may be retained for up to 12 months for business accounting and dispute resolution purposes.
