These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Zuko Studio's services, including the creation and delivery of personalised AI-generated video content. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Zuko Studio is the digital content wing of Zuko Labs. References to "we", "our", or "us" refer to Zuko Studio / Zuko Labs.

Zuko Studio provides AI-assisted personalised video creation services for occasions including:

• Memory Wishes — tribute videos featuring deceased loved ones
• Wedding Invitations — personalised video invitations
• Divine Series — religious and devotional avatars
• Historical Avatars — historical figures reimagined
• Birthday Wishes — personalised avatar greetings
• Bridge Wishes — reconnection messages

All videos are created using a combination of AI tools and human review by our production team. The final output is a digital video file delivered to you via WhatsApp or other agreed channel.

We guarantee delivery of all standard orders within 24 hours of receiving all required materials (photos, voice samples, written instructions). The 24-hour clock begins when we confirm receipt of complete materials, not from the time of payment.

If we fail to deliver within 24 hours due to reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. Delivery delays caused by incomplete or late submission of materials by the customer do not constitute a breach of the SLA.

Premium and Royal Add-on orders may require additional time. We will notify you of the expected delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation.

Eligible for full refund:

• Order not delivered within 24 hours (standard orders) due to our failure
• Cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order (before production begins)
• Significant quality defect that cannot be remedied after 2 revision attempts

Not eligible for refund:

• Change of mind after production has commenced
• Unsatisfactory results due to inadequate materials provided by the customer
• Orders cancelled after delivery
• Subjective dissatisfaction that does not constitute a quality defect

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

This is a critical and non-negotiable policy. For any video that depicts a living person (other than the customer placing the order):

• You must obtain informed, explicit consent from all living persons depicted before placing the order
• Consent must be genuine and not coerced
• You must be able to provide evidence of consent if requested by us
• Consent must cover the specific use case (e.g., wedding invitation, birthday greeting)

By placing an order involving a living person, you warrant that all required consents have been obtained. If we discover that consent was not obtained, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order without refund.

Zuko Studio will not be held liable for any harm arising from your misrepresentation of consent. You indemnify us fully against any claims arising from consent violations.

You agree not to use Zuko Studio's services to:

• Create videos intended to deceive, defraud, or harm any person
• Generate non-consensual intimate or explicit content
• Impersonate public figures, officials, or other individuals for malicious purposes
• Create content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Create deepfake content for disinformation or political manipulation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these acceptable use terms, without refund.

Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the delivered video for personal, non-commercial purposes.

For commercial use (advertising, public broadcast, monetised social media), please contact us to discuss a commercial licence.

Zuko Studio retains the right to use de-identified, anonymised versions of the production process (not your specific video) for internal training and improvement, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuko Studio's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including emotional distress, reputational harm, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
